White Art was appointed main contractor for the full-scope works of the Vocally music studio, with design and supervision by Design Concepts. The scheme brings together a welcoming lounge and purpose-built recording rooms, combining acoustic wall treatments, timber detailing, feature lighting and a calm, contemporary palette. Our scope covered all civil, finishing, joinery and MEP works needed to turn the approved design into a fully functioning creative space. (Images shown are design renders.)
